The Sony Reader is a device the size of a paperback book. It allows the reader to download ebooks form their PC or purchase eBooks from websites such Waterstones. The Reader uses special eInk technology which is very like reading off a printed page.It comes in 3 versions the original PRS505 which is now being replaced by two newer versions, the Sony Touch (PRS600) this has a touch screen and it's smaller sister the Sony Pocket (PRS300) This is a smaller version without the touch screen
